When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the location of the property, the type of work required and anything else you choose to tell us. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not run analytics on this site.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quotation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has asked us to quote for work. If you go on to become a client, we keep your details to perform the contract.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and reach us by email. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We may pass details to a subcontractor where that is necessary to carry out work you have asked us to do.
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep records for six years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above.
